Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Lyoness we offer a full refund and exchange policy, if you aren't happy with your item you can return it to us. All returns must be placed within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is still in its original condition with tags intact. Unfortunately, we do not cover the postage charge for returns but we will cover the cost of getting your exchange back to you. 

If you do wish to return your item please email lyoness.customerservice@gmail.com and we will send you a form to print, fill out and place in your order bag when returning it to us. Once we receive your item we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method within 14 working days. Return items are inspected and if the item is not in its original condition with all tags intact, we will return the item back to the address you used when you placed your order.
